Our restaurant
Our chef Micaël Maurin and his team welcome you every evening from 7pm to 8:30pm (9pm July-August). In the off-season, you can sit by the fire in our fully renovated dining room, or on the panoramic terrace in fine weather.
- Our menu changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the products of our local producers. Our chef is a fervent advocate of homemade dishes and our terroir, and makes it a point of honor to sublimate it.
The Dining Room
Our vast dining room was renovated in 2022 to create a soft, well-kept atmosphere. The play of light provided by the glass chandeliers and fireplace adds a touch of refinement to the cosy ambience.
The Panoramic Terrace
As soon as the sun starts to shine, enjoy the unique panorama offered by our terrace: a 180° view over the Gardons valley. Our terrace is open all day.
Le Bar
Here you are, comfortably seated in one of our garden lounges, letting your mind wander, enjoying the calm of the surroundings, a refreshing cocktail in hand... For connoisseurs, let yourself be seduced by our selection of Gins and Whisky.
Breakfast
There's nothing like a varied, tasty breakfast to get the day off to a good start!
- Served in the restaurant from 7:30am to 10am (from 8am on Sundays), discover our buffet: fresh, home-made or local products. A wide choice of sweet and savoury products: breads and pastries, fresh fruit juices, homemade yoghurts, brioche and homemade cakes, local charcuterie, local cheeses, scrambled or soft-boiled eggs, bacon, dried fruit and seeds for a tailor-made muesli, ... We also offer gluten-free and lactose-free products.
